Conceptual Framework

This document presents a conceptual framework that outlines the inputs, processes, and outputs for acquiring materials to build a disaster resistant building and enable disaster resistant management. The inputs include structural steel, futuristic materials, concrete, and trusses. The processes describe how these materials can bend without breaking, provide flexibility and shape retention, resist structural damage from debris, and support building structures. The output is a disaster resistant building and management system.
