1. Relative to the issued Division Memorandum No. 136, s. 2019, re: Evaluation of the Crafted Detailed
Lesson Plan in EPP, TLE and TVL, the field is hereby informed that the schedule is moved from May 6-7,
2019 to May 9-10, 2019.

2. Select EPP, TLE/TVL evaluators are directed to attend for an Orientation on May 8, 2019 at exactly 8:00
o’clock in the morning at Lanao Norte National Comprehensive High School, Baroy, Lanao del Norte.

3. All other provisions stated in the previous Memorandum shall remain in effect.

3. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
