CAREER OBJECTIVE
Competent administrative professional supporting the underwriting process with effective document
evaluation, report writing and file management skills and to work with a reputable organization where I
will get a chance to use my skills in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems,
contributing to the development of that firm as well as enhancing my career.
RESEARCH UNDERTAKEN

WORK EXPERIENCE
Organisation: Shell Banda station
Position: Back Office Administrator April- December(2019)
Duties
Prepare daily information cash-up and banking sheet for the fuel, lubes Lpg and shop.
Prepare daily banking & Compare deposit book entries with bank statement entries.
Reconciliation of bank statements on a regular basis
Handle administrative functions of the Back office such as:
Creditors for station supplies including shop
Creditor Review – Age analysis
Implement strategies to curtail or maintain shrinkage in accordance with set targets
Setup and update stock take worksheets (All items must appear on a worksheet)
Debtor Review – Age analysis and follow-up on payments
Manage timely and orderly filing of office administrative documents from time to time
Maintain accounting and financial records for the office that are compliant with Shell Banda
Input all financial data into the organization’s financial accounting system.
Manage the office petty cash.
Prepare payroll for all local staff
Organization: Alphago Ltd Company (Mbarara branch)
Position: Sales Manager August (2018) –January (2019)
Core responsibilities included but not limited to:
Balancing daily sales in the stock movement book
Ensuring that the physical stock is corresponding with the inventory
Improving customer outreach through application of strict monitoring of field returns
Improving the average sales through employment of aggressive and smart approaches such as
