WILL OF Shri Siddhant Rajak, S/O Shri Rajesh Rajak
I, Shri Siddhant Rajak son of Shri Rajesh Rajak, resident of H. No. 182, Patel Nagar,
Maharajpur, P.O. Adhartal, Panagar, Jabalpur-482004, by religion Atheist, do hereby revoke
all my previous Wills (or) Codicils and declare that this is my last Will, which I make on this
Seventh Day of October of the year 2019 (07/Oct/2019). My Date of Birth is on the Eight Day of
April of the Year 1997 (08/Apr/1997).
I declare that I am in good health and possess a sound mind. This Will is made by me without
any persuasion or coercion and out of my own independent decision only.
I appoint Shri Saksham Rajak son of Rajesh Rajak, resident of H. No. 182, Patel Nagar,
Maharajpur, P.O. Adhartal, Panagar, Jabalpur-482004 to be the executor of this Will. In the
event Shri Saksham Rajak were to predecease me, then Smt. Ranjana Rajak, daughter of N. B.
Kanouje resident of MIG 6/G, Vivekanand Colony, Patel Chowk, Damoh-562001 will be the
executor of this Will.
Life is uncertain and I do not know when I leave this beautiful world therefore, during my
lifetime I want to make settlement of my all movable and immovable properties so as to avoid
any difference or dispute over sharing of my properties among my legal heirs. Therefore, I am
making the present will. So long I am alive I will continue to be owner of all my properties.
However, after my death:
I bequeath the following assets to my Wife Smt. Sangya Rajak-
1. My house located at H. No. CR/7, Lane No. 2, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Colony,
Suhagi, Jabalpur-482004
2. Bank balance of my savings account no 590010110001207 with Bank of India NUSRL
Campus Branch located at National University of Study and Research in Law, Kanke-
Pithoria Road, P.O. Kanke, Nagri, Ranchi-834001
3. My Bank fixed deposits in SBI Bank located at Adhartal Industrial Area, Birsa Munda
Chowk, Jabalpur-482004 bearing FD receipt nos. FD/2005/JBP/SBI-AIA/26003

4. The proceeds of my Term insurance policy bearing Policy no. 106101319, from United
Insurance Company located at Shop No. 619, Ashok Complex, Patratu, Jabalpur-482004
5. The contents of bank locker no.G/69, with SBI Bank located at Adhartal Industrial Area,
Birsa Munda Chowk, Jabalpur-482004.
I bequeath the following assets to my daughter Ku. Samiksha Rajak-
1. Residential Plot no. LM/10, located at Khajanchi Nagar, Behind Badi Sabzi Mandi,
Adhartal, Jabalpur-482004.
2. My car with registration no. MP 20 SF 9298.
3. My mutual fund investments with folio numbers 2189379, 206583 and 84/5226.
4. Any other asset not mentioned in this Will but of which I am the owner.
I direct that before distributing my assets in accordance with this will , all my debts , liabilities
and monetary obligations including all testamentary expenses, costs, charges, expenses in respect
to probate and other legal charges at the time of my death be met out of my assets. I bequeath all
the other residuary property, assets and other rights whether or not existing at the time of my
death to Ku. Samiksha Rajak.
All the above assets are owned by me. No one else has rights on these properties.
