4 – CERTIFICATION FEE STRUCTURE2
The Government of Pakistan has recognized certification of an INGO working in Pakistan as a valid proof of its
satisfactory performance for achieving its aims and objectives. The Government has statutorily linked the
approval under Section 2(36) of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 with evaluation and certification.
In view of the above, for undertaking the evaluation process, PCP will charge a fee for certification. Fee structure
is given as below:
4.1 CRITERIA TO DETERMINE THE CERTIFICATION FEE
Certification fee has been linked to the annual average receipts of the organisation during the last three years.
For the purpose of calculating average annual receipts, please use the amount of receipts as appearing in
Pakistan based audited accounts of your organisation.

5 - DECLARATION
It is hereby declared, certified and undertaken that:
i. All information provided in this application form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
ii. All attached documents are presented without any unauthorised alteration/modification.
iii. In the absence of any specific instructions to the contrary, the (name of the organization) authorises PCP
to use any of the material contained in this application and/or attached documents for inclusion in its
directory (if the (name of the organization) is certified).
iv. PCP, or any of its employees, shall not be held liable for damage or loss, if any, arising out of any of the
actions taken in good faith in delivering the certification regime. Additionally, certification being
absolutely voluntary will not entail any legal or other liability on part of PCP.
v. The (name of the organization) indemnifies PCP from any liabilities arising out of error or wilful default
in regard to the organisation’s legal obligations with regard to any laws, rules or regulations as may
apply to the (name of the organization), including, but not limited to, reporting requirements of any of
the government departments.
vi. The (name of the organization) shall extend maximum co-operation to PCP during the process of
evaluation and certification.
vii. The certification fee is non-refundable.
