Civil Engineering Apprenticeship Request

Greetings of peace and prosperity!

I, a fifth year student taking up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University
of Southern Mindanao, Kabacan, North Cotabato. The course curriculum requires the
aforementioned to have 216–hour apprenticeship or civil works training that aims to
complement the concepts and theories that she have learned, to the development of her
full potential through exposure to the actual field work. This is supposed to be taken
during summer but due to COVID 19, he was not able to take it on the given time frame.

Furthermore, the undersigned is requesting your good office to allow him to enroll the
following subjects together with the Apprenticeship (CENG 427, 4 units):

CENG 512 Steel Design -------------------------------------------------------- 3 units


CENG 524 Civil Engineering Computer programming ------------------ 3 units
CENG 522 Construction Engineering & Project Management ------- 3 units

TOTAL ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9 units
