JOB PROFILE:

 All report Coordination Between Store and RO and sends Report to RO office
 Handling Premium all the sections of store & focus them to increase their sales & bottom line
profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.
 Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members, Ensure proper implementation and roll out of
all market activation exercises.
 To ensure that all processes for customer interaction are implemented, to manage customer feedback,
complaints and audit survey results.
 Frontline staff training, career planning and motivation. Sustain and enhance brand image and identity.
 Implementing attractive offers, ideas, and activities to increase the sales.

 Stock movement register maintained. It includes opening stock, inward, outward, goods return and
closing balance.
 Check all the product is having right barcodes, price tags.
 Maintain stock against limit which is given by H.O. it should not be exceed.
 Deposit the cash on daily basis & daily send the cash report to R.O.
 As per scheduled receiving shipment and checking in merchandise along with logistics team according to
policy. Visual Merchandising as per Sop. Monthly Inventory controls.
 Preparing for advertisements through proper displays, monitoring and controlling stock levels, pricing
and staffing.
 Overall Monitoring of Promotional Offers on every department and windows displays, to ensure that the
merchandise on the floor has the correct printed price stickers.
 Ensuring the arrangement of merchandise to create Visual Appeals & Impulsive selling
 Detail floor inspection & all department and Maintenance of Store ambience, Cleanliness by ensuring
total housekeeping operations
