Training Provided when a New Information System is Implemented in an Organization
Every institution requires records of its actions to discover the cause of challenges and the
appropriate solutions. For instance, information systems prove useful for storing performance
data, communication records, revision histories, and communication records. A fully integrated
information system is very adventurous in an organization since it gives real-time information,
excellent communication, lessened risks of errors, one secure location, and substantial
productivity. Furthermore, when a new information system is implemented in an organization,
training is essential to employees and the surbininate staff. Training permits employees to attain
brand skills and knowledge, leading to better productivity. With the advancing pace of
technology in the contemporary world, IT training is critical when an institution implements a
new information system. Information technology is crucial for all organizations. When
organization grants IT training sessions to its employees, this assists them to acquire new skills
and information regarding the utilization of technology in different IT sectors, which intern leads
to gaining organizations productivity, improved customer satisfaction, and ensures excellence in
the institution within this improved competitive globe (Almigheerbi et al. 2019). When
employees have the desired skills concerning information technology, they will be able to
excellently handle the information systems. This intern will advance the organization's
productivity since the chances of making errors will lessen, good communication will exist, and
actual records will be granted.
A well-outlined information system can promote and offer a faster and more accessible data
flow required for effectual documentation processing. For instance, nurses play an essential role
in the patient's welfare, where the nursing surrounding and electronic authentication positively
impact the patients. The primary coordinating duty of nurses in the patient care group has made

them be acknowledged as one of the most crucial groups of patient's information registrar and
the central user of HIS. A low standard of nursing authentication represents inadequacies in care
initiatives. Any reforms in the healthcare information systems should be evaluated regularly.
Furthermore, the evolution of information and communication technology in health care
institutions is vital to determine their negative consequences. Besides, assessment of these
systems can offer the required ad desired information to advance knowledge, establish better
health information systems in the future, and warrant the existence of effective information
systems. As nurses constitute the substantial end-user teams of Hiss, assessing the healthcare
information systems should start with the evacuation of nursing subsystems. According to
McGonigle & Mtrianas (2015), their assessment has not been performed excellently and
sufficiently despite the advancing number of nursing information systems. Besides, brand roles
and obligations are emerging in nursing as we become more conversant with the professions,
information systems, and the computer's advantages as a piece of equipment to control them
more effectively. The expense and complexity of distinct computer systems and rapid healthcare
computer technology reforms require nursing leaders to comprehend many vital issues.
Therefore, it is eventual to involve nurses in evaluating the healthcare information systems, since
they will be able to grant quality health care to patients and their wellbeing. The implementation
of technology in any organization aims towards achieving the desired organizational goals and
objectives.
