NVC Inquiry Submission Guide

The National Visa Center (NVC) is operating with reduced staff due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They ask that inquiries be limited to urgent medical or humanitarian issues or necessary case updates. General questions about case status will not be answered during this time, as the information can be found using their online tools. NVC cannot predict when consular sections will resume routine services or when visa interviews will be scheduled.
