Three Grade 11 students from Mahabang Dahilig Senior High School wrote a letter to the university librarian at Batangas State University requesting access to the university library and its resources. They are conducting research on responsible electrical consumption and need additional academic materials because their newly established school has limited resources. Their research adviser approved the request. The librarian approved the students' request to utilize the university library's materials for their research.
