personal plan, and is designed to facilitate your growth, development and advancement.

Intermediate Steps Over the Next Five Years to Reach My Goal
Try to set two or three short term goals (i.e. those in the next 2 years) and
the remainder for the medium term (following 3 years)
Year One In the first year of my five year plan since I am still in college studying
level 3 business and in my second year I would like to achieve that. I
would need to look for a work placement as it is a part of the course I am
doing. In addition to this I will be looking for apprenticeships as I will be
wanting to go into an apprenticeship next year.
In my second year of my five year plan I would have finished the level 3
Year Two business course and have found an apprenticeship. The digital marketing
apprenticeship should last around 18 to 24 months. I will be looking to get
a lot of experience from working and achieve a high grade in the course.
In my third year of my five year plan I will be in my second year of the
Year Three apprenticeship still gaining experience and trying to get the best grade on
the course.
In my fourth year of my five year plan I would have finished the
Year Four apprenticeship course and have got the highest grades possible for the
course. I also should have looked for a new job as the work place where I
did the apprenticeship course might not take me on full time. I would also
want to work in another city or country so I can have a different
experience.
In the final year of my five year plan I would have a full time job ideally in
Year Five another city or country. I will also work hard to earn promotions.

I would need to gain more experience using tools such as adobe photoshop and premier.
In addition to this I will need to work more on my communication skills as I will sometimes
have to present my work. I will also need more experience with social media platforms as
it will be a key part of the job I will be doing.
How can others help me accomplish these objectives?
Many people can help me accomplish these objectives, for example tutors will help me
get the grade to accomplish the course. Another example would be the employers as
they will give me experience of what it is like to work at a workplace. one last example
would be my parents as they will help guide me from not making bad decisions.
