Ford's drivers side ties crossed over the broken whit lines by about two tre widths. | conducted a U-Turn to fllow the Ford
‘As Iwas catching up to the Ford, l observed it hit the curb with it's front passenger tre in the 100-Block of east Ogden Avenue. | observed the
Ford shake from contact and its brake lights were activated immediately after contact with the curb. As the Ford approached the York Road
intersection, it crossed over into the left-hand lane by about one tie width. As the Ford completed it's way through the intersection, it changed
lanes into the left-hand lane without signaling, The Ford crossed over the solid double yellow line inthe 200-Block of east Ogden Avenue by

| made contact with the driver, Acadio Quiroz-Ramirez. Inside of the vehicle was hs wife, cousin and six children not properly seated in child
seats or properly adjusted belts, There were nine people inside of an eight passenger vehicle. | asked Acadio for his driver's license. Acadio told
me, he did not have a driver's license, After asking for Acadio's identification twice, he handed me his Identification card from Mexico, During my
Conversation with Acadio, | noticed his eyes appeared to be red and glassy. Acadio had slurred speech and I smelled an odor of an alcoholic,
beverage emitting from the vehicle, | asked Acadio why he hit the curb and Acadio did not recall hitting it. | asked Acadio how much he had to
drink tonight. Acadio told me, he had eight or ten Corona beers.
| requested back up assistance. Sergeant Krefft responded to assist my investigation.
ound Acadio'sIlinois ID on LEADS and confirmed he had a No-Valid Drivers License, Sergeant Krefft arrived on scene and took over asthe
primary officer. See Sergeant Kreff’s Supplemental Repor.
‘Sergeant Krefft at the conclusion of his investigation placed Acadio under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. Officer Grahn, Officer
‘Smith and Officer Mcintyre were called to the scene. Instead of Acadio's vehicle being towed, Officer Grahn drove Acadio's vehicle to the
Hinsdale PD. Al of the passengers remained inside the vehicle.
| assisted Sergeant Krefft with booking, | photographed and fingerprinted Acadio. Officer Baca from the Oak Brook Police Department was called
to the booking room to help translate throughout booking, Officer Smith identified everyone in Acadio's vehicle.
Acadio was released on I-Bond to the lobby of the Hinsdale PD.
| entered the squad video evidence into the BEAST evidence system.

(On 10/18/2020 I was on patrol in the Village of Hinsdale. | was assigned to an Illinois Department of Transportation traffic safety enforcement
detail, | heard Officer Dzierzega initiate a trafic stop on Ogden Ave. Officer Dzierzega requested back up assistance. | drove to the location of
his traffic stop.
| arrived on Ogden Ave in the east bound traffic lanes, prior to County Line Road. | had the opportunity to speak with Officer Dzierzega about
his traffic stop. Officer Dzierzega told me he stopped the Ford Explorer for lane violations, The driver Acadio Quiroz-Ramirez acknowledged
drinking alcoholic beverage being beer prior to driving
| walked up to the Ford Explorer and spoke with Quiroz-Ramirez. All ofthe windows were rolled down. | saw (8) eight additional people seated
inside the sport utility vehicle. The sport utility vehicle was equipped with (8) eight seats. | recognized all ofthe children inside the vehicle were

| asked Quiroz-Ramirez to exit the vehicle. | explained the standardized field sobriety tests to Quiroz-Ramirez. | witnessed Quiroz-Ramirez
attempt these tests. Ramirez failed the walk and turn, one leg stand, and horizontal gaze nystagmus test (See ALR. form), concluded he was
Under the influence of alcoholic beverages. | told Quiroz-Ramirez he was under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. Quiroz-

Officer Grahn and Officer Mcintyre arrived to assist with the investigation, I asked Officer Grahn to drive the Ford Explorer (with owner
permission) to the Hinsdale Police Department. All ofthe occupants would remain inside the car and arranged transportation from the police
‘department at a later time. No one was in police custody. The vehicle was not releasable to anyone inside the Explorer since everyone of
driving age claimed to be unlicensed
{At the Hinsdale Police Department | read Quiroz-Ramirez the warning to motorist. Quiroz was afforded to an extended observation period since
| had to leave the room at one point and he also needed to use the toilet. Quiroz-Ramirez ultimately produced a breath sample measuring .160
BAC. | then processed Quiroz-Ramirez on the following complaints
