Introduction Loi Luu is a co-founder and CEO of Kyber Network, an on-chain liquidity protocol for cryptocurren-
cies that powers various applications including decentralized exchanges, index funds, cryptocurrency
payments and so on. He also earned his PhD from National University of Singapore where he did
research on cryptocurrencies, smart contract security and distributed consensus algorithms. His re-
searches got applied into several blockchain projects in the space including Ethereum, Zilliqa, Melon
Protocol, Augur that collectively have billions of USD marketcap.
