1. What is the common problem presented on the pictures?
- The common problem presented on the pictures are about intellectual property issues. Serious issues that many production industries
face right now.
2. Will the said problem affect each of their corresponding industry? Why?
-Yes, because of the replicas produced by the unauthorized parties may excel and gain more sales thus lowering the sales of the
original ones. Hence, their sales are highly affected.
3. How does the said problem impact the economy of the country?
- These problems greatly impact the economy because unauthorized parties producing replicas are not registered meaning they don’t
pay taxes. It hinders economic growth on the specific country experiencing intellectual property issues.
4. How do you think will the problem be solved?
- The problem will only be solved if the Intellectual Property Office will take action regarding the problem. Solutions can be achieved if
the original owner gives an authorization for the other party to produce the products based on their agreements.
