Kyc Bulk File Format (For Employers) : Annexure I

This document provides the file format requirements for employers submitting Know Your Customer (KYC) registration details in bulk. The file must be a text file in TXT or ZIP format, less than 2 MB in size. Each line contains details for a single KYC registration separated by the delimiter "#~#". The required fields include the Universal Account Number, KYC type code, KYC document number, name, bank IFSC code (optional), and expiry date (optional for some document types). An annex provides the codes for different accepted KYC document types. A sample file line is provided for reference.

KYC BULK FILE FORMAT

(FOR EMPLOYERS)

The KYC Registration Bulk file should be in txt format only.


File size should not be greater than 2 MB. If file size is greater than 2 MB, single text file in ZIP format will be accepted.
Each line in text file contains details of single KYC only.
The separator between fields should be #~# ( hashtilda hash).
