Stud Service Contract
____________________________________________ (hereafter “Sire Owner”) and
______________________________________________ (hereafter “Dam Owner”) hereby agree
to the following terms concerning the breeding of the two dogs listed below:

Conditions of stud service:
1. Both parties should attach photocopy of government ID to this contract.
2. A copy of the dam’s health record must be shown to the owner of the sire dog before
breeding takes place. This is to check if the current vaccinations and proof of deworming
of the dam.
3. The owner of the dam must declare the full health condition of the dam dog and viceversa
before the breeding takes place.
4. A guarantee of actual mating only is made, and not of pregnancy or of puppies living or
dead.
5. The sire will undertake to mate only to the identified dam.
6. The dam owner shoulders the smear test cost.
7. It is the dam owner's responsibility to be sure that the dam is brought to the sire at the
proper time for breeding.
8. The dam owner shoulders the cost for the professional fee of the "Shooter", thus it is the
dam owner's choice or prerogative to choose any "Stud Shooter" he chooses.
9. If the dam develops any illness or requires veterinarian assistance during and after the
stud service, during pregnancy and delivery, the owner of the dam would be responsible
and agrees to pay all veterinarian and all associated costs.
10. Sire will provide a return stud service up to three times to the same dam if no pregnancy
results from the mating at no charge. To receive the return service, the dam owner must
notify the sire owner of failure to conceive, in writing, not more than 60 days following
the mating. Lack of notification as indicated above will forfeit any return service
11. Dam owner must keep the dam properly confined following the breeding to ensure no
other dog could mate her accidentally before mating season is finished.
12. The dam owner shoulders the cost of pre-natal cost such as ultrasound, vitamins,
supplements, etc.
13. If Dam owner pursue ultrasound, he/she must notify or inform the sire owner for the
result.
14. If in case the dam went through miscarriage, the dam owner should inform the stud
owner.
15. Stud fee is to be payable in litter as follows: Sharing of litter which is divided equally or
half. Stud owner will make choice of litter no later than when the puppies are three
months of age.
16. A successful litter is defined as one or more pups born alive. If a successful litter occur,
sharing of litters will be made.
17. If the dam fails to conceive on the last return service, this contract is terminated.
18. There are no other terms of this contract unless filled in space below and initialed by both
parties.
The Sire Owner and the Dam Owner verify that their respective dogs are capable of breeding and
do not suffer from any contagious conditions (including but not limited to parasites, rabies, DHL
or Parvovirus).
