Alexander were dispatched to 109 Movietown Drive Lot 208 for a disturbance. Deputy Croxdale arrived and was flagged down by stated that the vehicle leaving was the female involved. Deputy Croxdale caught up to the vehicle and activated his emergency lights and conducted a traffic stop. Deputy Croxdale approached the vehicle and identified the driver as Deputy Croxdale asked Ms. what events took place this evening. Ms. stated that what she thought was her boyfriend Gregory Goldman was lying to her and was with another woman and she came over to confront him about it, Ms. stated it began as a verbal argument but it became physical. Ms. stated that Mr, Goldman hittp://[Link]/coplib/[Link]?T ASK =print&cinen=$O20014816 11/24/2020Public Incident Report Page 2 of 2 grabbed her around her throat and began strangling her then grabbed her by her left shoulder and pushed her to the ground. Deputy Croxdale asked to see the areas described by Ms. Deputy Croxdale observed red marks around the neck area consistent with strangulation as well as redness around the left shoulder with a lacerati/n to the elbow that appeared to be fresh an$ t(e blood still wet. Deputy Croxdale secured Ms vehicle and placed her in the rear of his patrol vehicle and returned to scene, MiSgt. Alexander stated while he spoke with Mr. Goldman he observed what appeared to be scratch marks to the left side of his face. When asked where the marks came from Mr. Goldman stated he fell in the bushes earlier that day. Deputy Croxdale explained to M/Sgt. Alexander that Ms. showed signs of strangulation as well as redness to her shoulder and a laceration to her elbow. Mr. Goldman at that time changed his story to during the argument with Ms. she grabbed his face causing the scratches. Deputy Croxdale returned to speak with Ms. and acquire about the scratched to Mr. Goldman. Ms. stated she did not scratch Mr. Goldman. Ms, stated that Ms. founda text message from her and confronted him about it and that she had scratched his face earlier in the day. Deputy Croxdale spoke to Ms. Ms._—_onfirmed Ms story and stated that when she found the text message on his phone she became upset and walked outside to confront him. Ms. stated that she did grab his face and he attempted to pull away which caused her to scratch him. ‘Mr, Goldman was taken in to custody and transported to the MCDC by Deputy Evens for booking and processing. Ms. was released from the scene. Ms. ‘and Mr. Goldman were in a seven year relationship at the time of the disturbance.
