But neither Boris Johnson or Brexit received majority support of voters at the General Election, in
fact parties supporting a Second Referendum with an option to Remain received 2 million more
votes than parties supporting Brexit and Boris Johnson. Had those parties formed an electoral
alliance or if Britain had the voting system used in European and devolved elections rather than
the 18th century First past the post voting system, 2020 would be the year of Second
Referendum with a predicted win for Remain which polling shows enjoys 55% majority support.

You Gov polling shows that 59% of Working People voted for these parties (Labour, Lib Dem,
Green, SNP, PC) and 80% of 18-24 year olds. Scotland voted for Remain parties as did Northern
Ireland as happened in 2016.

BREXIT IS NOT THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE

The Expressed Will of the British People was for a Second Referendum at the General Election
but a corrupt voting system which favours the Conservative Party hijacked that result for Brexit.

In a Democracy what happens when the Majority will of the people is thwarted by a minority elite
through corruption, Gerrymandering and Fraud.

A CIVIL WAR?

Fortunately not, England had a Civil War in the Seventeenth Century which killed 100,000 and
however bad things get a primal instinct in England is against such a development. British politics
is based on a peaceful compromise between the two Roundhead and Cavalier factions with a
constitutional not absolute monarch and basic civil liberties ,growing religious freedom &
extended suffrage.

ELECTORAL BACKLASH?

In the 1920's and 1930's the Conservative Party was successfully able to deploy trickery and
money to dominate politics to keep Labour and the Liberals out of power. In the end a national
crisis in the form of the Second World War saw Labour and the Liberals return to power with
Winston Churchill in a Wartime Coalition, and Labour won a landslide victory in 1945. But it was a
close run thing democracy was almost extinguished in 1939 with a secret pact with Nazi
Germany.

Demographically Remainers will displace Brexit voters in the coming elections but under FPTP
with gerrymandering boundary change favouring Leave seats it may take 2 General elections for
Demographic shift to come into effect.

A GENERAL STRIKE ?

In 1926 1.7 million workers (4%) of the population held a General Strike, with 16 million opposed
to Brexit being 24% of the population, this could be the result. As the truth of Brexit Recession
bites in 2020, Workers, Businesses and Trade Unions will put pressure on Johnson as jobs leave
and jobs are lost. Of Course Conservatives love to Scapegoat Striking workers just as much as
blaming Europeans, Foreigners and MPs for things going wrong.

IMPEACHMENT?

Another avenue is for an MP to accuse Boris Johnson of High Crimes and Misdemeanors under a
parliamentary proceedure of Impeachment. No Prime Minister has been impeached but in 2004,
Boris Johnson supported the Impeachment of Tony Blair over his lies in the Iraq Invasion of 2003.
In the nineteenth century MPs wanted to impeach Prime Minister Palmerston for an alleged
secret treaty with Russia. Johnson himself has a huge Russia Secret which MPs need to expose,
he visited (in his own words) Moscow "many, many times" but all of these visits are off the public
record.

In a 2008 letter to Mafia Mayor Yuri Luzhkov (who came to live in London with his billionaire wife
Baturina in 2010) Johnson describes " having many happy memories of Moscow. "

An impeachment would be blocked by Conservative MPs but the process could lead to an
investigation of many of the huge mountain of evidence of Russian collusion that exist against
Johnson.

The December 12th 2019 rout of Corbyn is a Pyrrhic victory for Moscow Johnson but a painful
and dangerous time for Remainers

Cumming's Russian Working Election Tech Guru Jag Singh

The dramatic win for No to AV was achieved by outspending the Pro AV campaign aided by
Russian linked money, and the use of targetted facebook spend greater than any previous
campaign. The Election Data Genius behind this was Jag Singh who was already prepping to do
work in Russia from June 2011 onwards, visiting again in 2012 and a key founder of Conservative
Friends of Russia , officially launched in the Russian Embassy in 2012. Jag was also a speaker at
the Russian Social Media incubator Digital Barbeque, organised by Mark Flanagan of Portland
Communications and featuring Jag's friend Paul Staines, owner of Guido Fawkes, who would set
up an election data company WESS with Cummings and his Pro-Russian CEO Matthew Elliott.
Both Jag and Elliott went to Moscow as paid guests for 10 days in 2012. Elliott then flew to
Washington and told his future wife Trump Republican American Sarah, he had been headhunted
to run the Leave Campaign in 2013. Elliott had been approached by Russian Spy Sergei Nalobin
in 2011 to set up an organisation to link Young Tories to Moscow, Nalobin would be close to John
Whittingdale and Boris Johnson, as well as Jag & Elliott. Jag Singh was friends with Johnson's
American hacker mistress Jennifer Arcuri and Johnson's current Girlfriend Carrie Symonds who
then was engaged to Paul Staines Sidekick & Jag friend sidekick Harry Cole. Both Cole and
Symonds attended the CFOR launch at the Russian embassy in 2012.

Brexit's Line of Duty : Why the National Crime Agency

ruling on Arron Banks £8m needs Judicial Review
Since the Electoral Commission referred Leave EU and Banks electoral Services company Better
for the Country Limited to the National Crime Agency for investigation in November 2018,
Remainers and those who believe in fair elections have been waiting for a rapid answer to the
basic question the Electoral Comission posed the NCA, Britain's FBI.

The Comission whose statutory job it is to referee, Britain's elections, keep them fair and legal,
had reasonable grounds to suspect that the source of the £8m Arron Banks put into the Leave EU
campaign was not a legitimate UK Company "Rock Services Limited" but actually his offshore
company registered in the Isle of Man "Rock Holdings Limited".

Under the Act of Parliament PPERA 2000, the Electoral Commission had successfully prevented
Foreign money coming into the UK Elections to enable campaigns to influence voters, and now it
was seeking the help of Britain's FBI to probe whether offshore money had swung the outcome of
the EU Referendum in the Leave Campaign's favour.

In it's referral to the NCA, the Electoral Commission after a year long investigation of it's own said
that it wanted the NCA to use it's powers to examine overseas bank accounts to establish if Rock
Holdings was the source of the £8m. They said that if the money had ultimately come from Rock
Holdings Ltd then that would be an impermissible source, and a criminal offence under the Act of
Parliament PPERA 2000.

In September 2019, almost a year later, the NCA came back with a ruling which said that Rock
Holdings Limited was the source of the £8m.

So why no prosecution of Arron Banks by the Electoral Commission?

The NCA had also been asked to investigate further potential criminality by Arron Banks. It had
established that Banks had been loaned the £8m from Rock Holdings Ltd but exceeding it's
requested remit it considered the loan lawful, and then saud he had then used Rock Services Ltd
to make a lawful payment to Better for the Country Limited who provided services to Leave EU.

This not what the Electoral Commission had requested, and was in direct opposition to the view
expressed by the Electoral Commission that a loan which had come from Rock Holdings Limited
would be an impermissible offshore source under PPERA 2000.

In a terse statement, the Electoral Commission were clearly unhappy that £8m could have come
into our elections from an offshore way via this loophole

The BBC looked into Bank's Accounts at the time of the Referral, and couldn't see how the
money came from Rock Services Ltd

It seems that £8m which has ultimately come from an Offshore Entity in the Isle of Man has been
allowed to affect the result of the Referendum decided by the narrow margin of 650,000 votes.
There is a pressing need for a Judicial Review into the Decision by the National Crime Agency,
that the money which the Electoral Commission had said would have been impermissible and
therefore illegal can now be considered to be lawful by another agency not tasking with Election
Law, which had exceeded it remit and gone to the CPS for guidance. The CPS is legally
connected to the Pro-Brexit Conservative Attorney General Geoffrey Cox who wrongly advised
that the Prorogation of Parliament was lawful, when the Supreme Court said it was not.

What would stop a future loan from a Swiss or British Virgin Islands, US or Russian Company
owned by a UK National putting £8m into a Second Referendum or General Election, a Jennifer
Arcuri or Alexander Temerko for instance.

For example : A company exists in the Seychelles Called Rock Holdings Limited which might be a
vehicle that offshore might might reach the Isle of Man,( no suggestion that this has happened.)

to be Britain's First Lady of 10 Downing Street Carrie Symonds attending a meeting of a Pro
Kremlin Front group called the Conservative Friends of Russia renamed Westminster Russia
Forum. This networking club links MPs and Business people with the Russian Embassy and was
previously known as Conservative Friends of Russia, set up in 2009, then renamed as the WRF
on Dec 4th 2012 after it was exposed in the press. One of the key founding figures was Russian
Embassy official Sergey Nalobin and Russian Intelligence Officer who was expelled by MI5 from
the UK after his cultivating friendships with MPs including a certain Boris Johnson. Carrie was
Special Political Adviser to John Whittingdale MP, Secretary of State for DCMS who visited
Moscow as a Guest of CRF on 16 July 2012.

Carrie Symonds attended the Conservative Friends of Russia Launch at the Russian Embassy on
August 23 2012.

Boris Johnson maintains that while Russia interfered in the 2016 EU Referendum, they did not do
so successfully. However since they were backing the Leave Campaign and Leave won, this is
counterfactual, since they succeeded in their objective, which is a view backed up by the House
of Commons DCMS Report which provided evidence that Russia backed Leave by powerful
social media Fake news that was worth between £1 million to £4 million which had 4 times the
reach of Vote Leave and Leave EU campaigns .

242. The Government also cannot state definitively that there was “no
evidence of successful interference” in our democratic processes, as the term
“successful” is impossible to define in retrospect. There is, however, strong
evidence that points to hostile state actors influencing democratic processes.
Cardiff University and the Digital Forensics Lab of the Atlantic Council have
both detailed ways in which the Kremlin attempted to influence attitudes in UK
politics.270

243. Kremlin-aligned media published significant numbers of unique articles

about the EU referendum. 89 Up researchers analysed the most shared of the
articles, and identified 261 with a clear anti-EU bias to the reporting. The two
main outlets were RT and Sputnik, with video produced by Ruptly.271 The
articles that went most viral had the heaviest anti-EU bias.272 The social reach
of these anti-EU articles published by the Kremlin-owned channels was 134
million potential impressions, in comparison with a total reach of just 33
million and 11 million potential impressions for all content shared from the
Vote Leave website and [Link] website respectively.273 The value for a
comparable paid social media campaign would be between £1.4 and 4.14
million.

Johnson was no stranger to Russian money having played an infamous game of tennis with a
Russian Ministers wife for £160,000 donation to Conservative funds and he publically defended
Russian oligarchs money while his current leadership campaign is financed by money from India,
the BVI and JCB which has key investments in Russia. Johnson is advised by Steve Bannon,
linked to Farahe and Arron Banks and who is a key figure in the Trump Russia Mueller
investigation and has linked to Salvini in Italy (Funded by Russia) and Marine Le Pen (funded by
Russia)

Johnson denied meeting with Mueller Probe Russian Go-between Joseph Mifsud until this picture
surfaced of Johnson meeting with Mifsud in October 2017 after he had left the US, shortly before

on a nasty pretext just days after Trump took power and Johnson clearly played a key role,
alongside the National Crime Agency which provided the pretext. Harry Cole was the journalist
who broke the story on the background alleged pretext reason for Hannigan's forced resignation.

A footnote is that Boris is not Johnson's First name, his real name is Alexander B de Pfeffel Johnson
named after a Russian emigre friend of his father Stanley [Link] recently described Putin as "superb and fantastic" in a BBC
trip to Russia, Johnson senior has a good friendship with Georgia Toffolo, Girlfriend of Jailed Brexit Party fundraiser George Cottrell
another friend of Russia. It's a family affair, this Russia stuff.

Given the events of the Forced Resignation of Sir Kim Darroch, British Ambassador at the hands of Johnson, the police are
investigating the source of the leak which triggered the events. Perhaps the forced resignation of Hannigan and the leak of the
confidential events behind the scenes is an earlier similar phenonema.

In summary the Russian Embassy, especially Nalobin succeeded in networking with politicians who then went on to win the Brexit
Referendum with Russian help, and digital and media figures which assisted. Boris Johnson was a key background figure in the
CFoR and Vote Leave.

One of the curious coincides from the Brexit Russia Gate story is one night on November 1st
2006 when the Russian Hit Squad sent to poison Alexander Litvinenko having delivered the
Polonium Tea to their whistleblowing victim went on to watch the Arsenal - CSKA Moscow
Champion League match at the Emirates Stadium. The accused Poisoner Alexander Lugovoi left
a trail of radiation at the Stadium which was detected by UK Authorities.

By Strange Coincidence that night according to Arron Bank's Bad Boys of Brexit biography,
Banks and his wife were at the same match in a box and Bank's Russian wife who had been
interviewed by Special Branch and suspected as being a Russian Agent, was hauled away after a
violent outburst during the game. Sitting in the same match and radioactive was Andrei Lugovoi,
who had met and fatally poisoned Litvinenko with radioactive tea.

SVR Officer Alexander Udod (who was expelled following the poisoning of Sergei Skripal in
Salisbury) sit down with the Russian Ambassador for a six hour boozy lunch at the Russian
Embassy and was then offered a series of sweetheart deals for Russian Gold and Diamond Mine
share offerings. Banks had put £8m from unknown funds into the Leave EU campaign that had
helped secure the EU Referendum win, a long held objective of Russian policy - to drive a wedge
between Europe and the UK so as to damage NATO. Later Banks would travel with Nigel Farage
to help secure a Russian aided win for Donald Trump in the US Presidential Election. Funny old
world. No connections to any of these events, of course.

Before 2000, the Authoritarian but now State Capitalist regimes in Moscow and Beijing were
under the intense scrutiny of a united Western World intent on destroying the vast vestiges of
Communist dictatorship which lurked within the inner state in Russia and China. The supression
of Democracy in China in 1989 and the coming to power of KGB Spook Vladimir Putin in 1999
saw a pushback against the West. Putin launched a hybrid undeclared war after seizing power by
staging terrorist acts against his own people using the FSB.

When Alexander Litvenko ex-FSB officer alerted the world to Putin's Mafia state, and the blowing
up of the Russian apartment blocks with which Putin seized power, Putin used Polonium, a
Nuclear Weapon of assassination in London to silence this whistleblower send a message to
London and Washington in 2006. The feeble British and Western response was duly noted.

9/11 was an asymmetric attack against America and the West by Al Qaeda not Russia, but one
that Russia massively benefited from. Putin had launched his war against Islamist Terror in 1999
as a continuation of the Russian attack at Chechnya in 1994. Citizens of Russian ally Damascus
celebrated when the Twin Towers fell.
The Day before 911, Putin warned America after the assassination of Afghan Resistance leader
who had fought Russia, that "Something big is going to happen" - Russian newspapers then later
peddled the disinformation conspiracy theory that 911 was an inside job and Putin was reported
as having the proof.

Putin even commissioned a "Teardrop" statue to honour the dead.

selling weapons to Al-Qaeda; and that he knew: “beyond doubt that Mogilevich is FSB’s long-
standing agent and all his actions including the contacts with Al-Qaeda are controlled by FSB …
For this very reason the FSB is hiding Mogilevich from

FAKT: Every terrorist you have named is from 'the old staff' of the KGB. Could you name
someone from recent history?
A. Litvinenko: Certainly, here it is. The number two person in the terrorist organization al
Qaeda, who they are crediting with the series of explosions in London, Ayman al-Zawahiri,
is an old agent of the FSB. Being sentenced to death in Egypt for terrorism and hunted by
Interpol, Ayman al-Zawahiri, in 1998, was in the territory of Dagestan, where for half a year
he received special training at one of the educational bases of the FSB. After this training
he was transferred to Afghanistan, where he had never been before and where, following

A. Litvinenko: I can. During my service in one of the most secret departments of the FSB,
top officials from the UFSB of Dagestan, who had directly worked with Ayman al-Zawahiri
... were called to Moscow and received high posts.

FAKT: What can you say concerning the acts of terrorism in London ? From what region and with
what forces was this strike directed?

A. Litvinenko: In reply to this question I can definitely say that the center of global
terrorism is not in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan or the Chechen Republic. The terrorist infection
is spread worldwide from Lubyanka Square and the Kremlin cabinet. And until the Russian
special services are outlawed, dispersed and condemned, the terrorism will never stop:
bombs will blow up and blood will be shed. Terrorism has no expiration date.... I would like
to repeat, that all the terrorists, whom I have named, were supported by the heads of the
Soviet and Russian special services - Yuri Andropov, Vladimir Putin, Nikolay Patrushev
and others. These people are the main terrorists.... And until we condemn them ... global
terrorism will continue.

Litvinenko produced a tape in November 2005 about SVR and FSB connections to Al Qaeda "[The agent]
has contact with Al Qaeda and he has contact with SVR and FSB agent from Arabian terrorist

which the attack on Litvinenko was used. Was Kovtun being used in Hamburg to spy on the Attah
