User Manual
1  Staff
aff has to enter the SR Number without check
digit and tap on “Submit”

2  On submission, staff will receive OTP in their
the
registered mobile number with CO:HRM

 He has to Tap “Verify OTP” button after entering
the OTP.

3  After verification of OTP, the user has to set a 6


digit PIN for future login into IB Staff App.

4  Staff has to login with the SR No and PIN which was
entered on registration process.
 Forgot password option may be used in case the staff
forgot the password.

5  After successful login the user has to tap


“SMA FOLLOWUP” in the home screen.

2  On tap of SMA follow up icon, a screen with

options for choosing “SMA1”, “SMA2” or “SMA SS”
will appear.
 On choosing the appropriate SMA type the App
will show the top 10 CIFs of the branch based on
balance.
