Introduction
The main purpose of this report is to investigate ERP Demo about it features and functionalities
that had in this software. The ERP Demo software that has been choose is Bitrix24. Bitrix24 was
founded by Sergey Rizhikov the CEO of Bitrix. Inc that develop this software followed by his
four fellow Russian businessmen in 1998. Bitrix. Inc has released Bitrix24 Cloud in 2012 and
until today, this software has the best features and functionalities in my view. Bitrix24 is also
free which have both ERP and CRM that available in cloud or on-premises (paid) with open
source code access. Bitrix24 gives any kind of company an opportunity to manage their activities
with overview from 360 degrees, as there are 35 more instruments that can help all companies
face their issues in managing their business. Bitrix24 is a perfect software for sales-oriented
organizations and as for CRM modules, it is quite powerful and comes with a several of sales
features, including full sales cycle management, embedded email marketing, telephonies and
much more. Bitrirx24 CRM system also has a few of free features such as unlimited quotes and
invoices, offers an automatically filling unlimited client base. It also can detect and tracks every
message from unknown source and creates can explored it through contacts, companies and
deals. This services also allows to make import and export existing database from several
sources and used it. Moreover, other than CRM Bitix24 also have collaboration tools that
including Project management, time management, document management and HR management.
Bitrix24 also focus on other features such as chart, employee polls, video conferencing, lead
management, invoices, sales report, task management, Gantt and Kanban, file storage, employee
request workflows and much more. Bitrix24 also focus on aiming to be the ultimate resource
business and believes one day any company that uses Bittix24 will no needed any additional
software to managing their team.

Software Purposed
In Bitrix24 is contain everything a small or medium size business needs to manage, collaborate
and communicate across the company and beyond it. They get a seamless platform for all
documents, messages, tasks, calendars, contracts, leads, and much more. The users also gain an
access to the software by creating account and inviting team members to join them. Using
Bitrix24, users can learn how to use in a couple of weeks with much higher learning curve and
leverage it to get most productivity possible out of their teams. Bitrix24 also have their
dashboard and data center that call as Activity Stream which leader and their team can view each
other process when they make collaboration and assign tasks to different team members without
any problem. Social networking tools, project management, CRM, document management,
calendars team management, email marketing, phone management and HR control also provided
in this software and all types of users like Apple and Android are welcome to this software. For
pricing, Bitrox24 has a free plan for business to start out on and this free package has been gives
to users an ability to add up to 12 users in their teams. Bitrix24 has a variety of feature that
match any kind of department of businesses, but it is commonly used by sales and marketing
teams for managing their clients and leads. This is a few differentiations of department on how
they are using Bitrix24:
1. Sales and Marketing: Generate leads, improve conversion rate and automate processes
2. Management: Schedule tasks and improve the team productivity
3. HR: Manage employee information and generate performance
4. Legal: Streamline the legal process and generate new leads

In Bitrix24, there are many useful tools that provide and this is the list of most amazing tool that
commended for users:
1. Social Intranet
Bitrix24 has provide a tool for tasks management, document sharing and time tracking
integrated and just this type of social interface for maximum efficiency of
communications and work. Use Bitrix24 in your office, or anywhere you like with free
mobile apps that has made by Bitrix24. Bitrix24 also provide full customizable self-
hosted editions of Bitrix24 with source code access are available.
2. Activity Stream
The Activity Stream is a dashboard update feed where all the changes and new additions
can be seen. This Activity Stream covers all production, social and mixed-function
sections of the intranet. Each employee can stay aware of what is going on, they can
contribute to discuss and most importantly, they can choose what types of updates they
want to display. This is because the Activity Stream can be personalized by each user.
Bitrix24’s Activity Stream provide users with real time updates, smart following,
notification settings and company-wide announcements. Users can schedule any events,
attach files, receive immediate feedback from their colleagues with all done inside of
their personalized Activity Stream.
3. Chat
Bitrix24 also provide most important features in this collaboration tools which is chat.
Bitrix24 has implement a chat platform where it will help users to able to talk with their
teammates and send messages to other in individuals or group, less formal and one-on-
one counterparts. There is also a public chat that hosted by all employees to contribute
and in chat platform also provide phone call facilities and video conferencing. So, people
can do their formal meeting through Bitrix24

Furthermore, in Bitrix24 users can also add comments directly from the main interface,
the tasks and documents where the items can be ‘liked’. The ‘liked’ content will shows
the opinions of coworkers and a popular and useful content will be easy to find.
5. Conversations
In Activity Stream members and coworkers can start their collaboration on task and
document with conversations which also attach a document and image. Private
conversation with one or many colleagues where users can add as many as participants,
they like any time and also messages can be sent through the instant messenger.
6. Document Management
• My Drives – Personal file storage in Bitrix24 which when users stored document
in My Drive it will be seen by user’s colleagues. The document shared in other
places can also be connect to My Drives so others can easily find it.
• Group Drive – Drive shared by all member of workgroup. Only members in the
workgroup have access to files in a Group Drive
• Company Drive – This is where company will store files, they want to be
accessible by all employees such as non-sensitive documents like brand assets or
executive summaries.
7. Task and Projects
• Gantt Charts – A staple of many project management tools. It is a graphical
representation of project schedule and the tasks associated. This graphical
representation makes it easy visualize where a team is in the production process
and fall behind.
• Kanban – Features commonly in project management tools. This is Japanese
technique way to visualize progress in a production process. This method utilizes

a drag and drop approach of moving tasks through different statuses on their way
completion.
• Reporting – Reporting data from tasks that have been completed or worked on in
the past.
8. CRM
• Contacts – This contact management system allows users to create custom
contacts with different fields. Contacts can also be import, export or search and
the primary element here is trying to secure a deal with clients.
• Deals – Deals are CRM objects that contain the interaction with a client or
company pertaining to a transaction. The deals dashboard helps to easily tracks
where sales opportunities lie for company. Deals also can be linked up with
contacts and give a specific note about sales so sales teams always know how to
deal with each client.
• Telephony – Bitrix24 also provide a fantastic tool for telemarketing agencies or
other companies that make high number calls with free calling to any other
employee within organization. Telephony lets users rent local phone number in
more than 58 countries from just $4 per months. Telephony also integrates well
with the deals dashboard where users can select multiple deals and create a call
phone from associated phone numbers.
9. Live Chat Support
Bitrix24 provide free live chat and this chat sessions are up to 12 employees that include
sites chat, email, Facebook, Skype and other third-party chat applications.

Bitrix24 provide a websites builder which not only that, other features also help to build a
business in one platform.

Software Subscription Plan
In Bitrix24 there are 3 version plan of cloud which is Free plan, Special plan and Business plan.
The Free plan includes up to 12 users and basic CRM, contact center, task and project
management, websites and landing pages and communication features. The Special plan include
the Start+ with site and CRM features for 2 users at $19 per month paid annually, the CRM+ for
6 users at $55 per month paid annually, and the Project+ for 24 users, also at $55 per month paid
annually. Business plan is the higher plan among Free plan and Special plan because they can
have more users and storage, advance features and higher limits. The On-premise version has
included 3 plans, Btirix24 edition for up to 12 users, the Business edition for 50 to 500 users and
the enterprise edition for 1000 users and above.

Conclusion
In conclusion, Bitrix is an ERP Software that have both ERP and CRM which gives benefit to
any company or organization who used it. Bitrix24 is also a decent collaboration and relation
management tool that has many cons to users especially small and medium company or
organization because it help them to manage their business and provide a guidon for them to
achieve their next goals every single day. It also help users to maintain organization productivity
keep moving forward.
Furthermore, Bitrix24 provide more than 35 features to users that make them extremely
powerful and desirable because all about business and those applications the related to business
are all in one software and Bitrix24 believes if any one used them might no need another
application to compare with it. The features that was provided by Bitrix24 are very useful to
users and all connect to social network where people can contact straight from social media such
as Facebook, Skype, WhatsApp and much more.
Moreover, what is the best thing about Bitrix24, they even give a free plan to users so
users know how this software work and attract many other users to used it because all users need
about their project management like Gantt chart, Kanban boards Activity Stream, Deals
dashboard and much more are in one software. Besides that, Bitrix24 also available as
application for Android and Apple iOS which make it easier for people to install it om their
phones or laptop.
