Date: 20th July 2020 to 24th July 2020
Objective of the activities: To achieve HTML&CSS and JAVASCRIPT knowledge.
Contents:
1. Understanding in technical knowledge
I am tasked with getting familiar with CoAcademy course to complete the learning
process. Throughout the week, I have reviewed tutorials and training materials for
HTML and have comprehended the fundamentals of developing with HTML.
2. Understanding in non-technical knowledge
I was briefed on the details regarding Moving Walls Sdn Bhd. I have acquired knowledge
regarding the company’s primary operation, cultures and work ethics. I have also gained
practical knowledge and experience on working in a company and how to interface with
co-workers.
3. Understanding in skills
By the end of the week I was able to understand the skills required as an intern in Moving
Walls Sdn Bhd. The primary skill this week that I have understood is the communication
skill. Communication is key in workplace. As an intern, I must not be afraid to
communicate with my mentor and colleagues and ask them any doubts I have in mind
in order to effectively learn and grow.
4. Development of experience
This week I have experienced the environment of a workplace. We have daily and
weekly meetings within our department and I am able to put pieces together on the
company’s standard operation and how tasks are divided in the team. Furthermore, I was
given a week to understand the concepts of HTML and have experience developing
webpages.
5. Development of experience for future career
My first week of internship has opened my eyes to the world outside of education. I was
given the chance of experiencing working in a company and to prepare for my future
career when I am out of University.
6. Demonstrate the personal skills in organisation
Several skills I have demonstrated this week is the problem-solving skill, time
management skill and adaptability skill. As I was given a task to learn HTML, I
demonstrated my problem-solving skill and time management skill by being able to
complete the course in the given period of time. Furthermore, I can quickly adapt to the
work environment.
7. Demonstrate the personal skills in people
I introduced myself to every staff in the company and tried to be as friendly as possible.
Furthermore, I am not afraid to speak up and approach my mentor or colleagues when I
have any doubts regarding HTML.

1. Understanding in technical knowledge
I am tasked to complete in developing own responsive webpage. Throughout the week,
I have reviewed online materials for developing webpage which should be responsive.I
gain knowledge and tips on how to create a responsive webpage from my trainer.
2. Understanding in non-technical knowledge
I was able to understand teamwork knowledge is a primary key at worksplace. I understand
that they want people who can collaborate, integrate and be a leader as well as a follower. That
means teamwork.
3. Understanding in skills
By the end of the week I was able to understand the skills required as an intern in Moving
Walls Sdn Bhd. The primary skill this week that I have understood is the teamwork skills.
Teamwork is key in workplace. I understood that If you can show that you can work well
with others as well as working well alone, you’re a stronger candidate. With the skills to
develop strong working relationships, you’re better placed to influence and persuade
people. In the long run, this means you’re more likely to win promotions.

We have daily and weekly meetings within our department and I am able to put pieces

my trainer by this week.

I can apply acquired knowledge to real work experiences, witnessing first-hand the day-to-day
job duties they can expect to encounter in their chosen field.

The skill i have demonstrated this week is the time management skill. Every employer
appreciates time management skills. It makes their life easier, as well as your own.
I understand that time management is a basic soft skill which doesn’t sound overly
impressive.

I am not afraid to speak up and approach my workers when I have any doubts regarding
webpages. I keep asking them whenever I face any problems in my webpages.

I am tasked with getting familiar with LMX website by my trainer. Throughout the week,
I have reviewed and learned about LMX website.
2. Understanding in non-technical knowledge
Throughout this week, I able to understand Emotional intelligence is also main key at
workplace. I understood that it helps you build stronger working relationships, succeed in your
tasks and be an all-round better employee.
3. Understanding in skills
By the end of the week I was able to understand the skills required as an intern in Moving Walls
Sdn Bhd. The primary skill this week that I have understood is the emotional intelligence skill.
I learnt that emotional intelligence is something you can teach yourself. Just think about how
your actions and words will affect others. Put yourself in their shoes. Evaluate yourself and your
reactions to stressful situations. Value those around you. They may sound like small steps, but
they can have a big impact on your career.

We have daily and weekly meetings within our department and I am able to put pieces

purpose.
5. Development of experience for future career
Taking on an internship while in college allows students to work in their desired field, helping
them decide if the field is right for them. By graduation, students who interned are more likely
to feel confident they chose the right degree.

have reviewed Sprint 9 test cases and some testing.
2. Understanding in non-technical knowledge
Throughout this week, I able to understand responsibility is also main key at workplace. I
understand that internship experience makes you more responsible and accountable for what
decisions you make and how you execute what’s been allocated to you.
3. Understanding in skills
By the end of the week I was able to understand the skills required as an intern in Moving Walls Sdn
Bhd. The primary skill this week that I have understood is responsibility. Often missed out in the list of
soft skills, being responsible is an integral skill required in the job arena.
4. Development of experience
We have daily and weekly meetings within our department and I am able to put pieces
together on the company’s standard operation and how tasks are divided in the team.
Furthermore, I was given task to test LMX website and also find bugs from website.

Objective of the activities: To learn about how to write testcases for every sprint.

My trainer asked me to continue testing ready to test cards in JIRA software and asked
me to find bugs. I also learnt to write testcases based on bugs.
