A BOARD RESOLUTION APPPOINTING JEFFREY CARIN AS THE NEW EXECUTIVE


DIRECTOR OF THE FSUU POLICY CENTER, INC.

WHEREAS, in a meeting held last April 16, 2020 by the Board of Trustees, Trustee
Josefe C. Sorrera-Ty submitted her resignation as the Executive Director of FSUU Policy
Center, Inc. due to personal and work- related reasons;

WHEREAS, in the same Board meeting as aforementioned, the Board of Trustees


accepted the resignation by Trustee Josefe C. Sorrera-Ty and agreed to schedule another
board meeting to discuss the appointment of a new executive director;

WHEREAS, on August 12, 2020, the Board of Trustees conducted a special virtual
meeting for the purpose of electing a new Executive Director of FSUU Policy Center, Inc.,
among others;

WHEREAS, Trustee Josefe C. Sorrera-Ty nominated JEFFREY CARIN for the position
of being the new Executive Director of FSUU Policy Center, Inc., which was unanimously
seconded by all members of the Board;

WHEREAS, the nomination of JEFFREY CARIN for the position of being the new
Executive Director of FSUU Policy Center, Inc., was unanimously approved by all the
members of the Board of Trustees:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that JEFFREY


CARIN is appointed as the new Executive Director of FSUU Policy Center, Inc.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to respectfully request the newly appointed Exectuive


Director Jeffrey Carin, to prepare for a meeting in order to discuss the relevant regional and
national updates.

Let copies of this Resolution be furnished to the officers of the FSUU Policy Center,
Inc. for their information.

that the Board of Trustees in a meeting held on August 12, 2020 approved the foregoing
