Chapter 1

The Problem and it’s Background

Introduction

Distance learning provides greater flexibility for students to work at their own

pace and review work as needed. This also ties in with the fact that students can access

your course material at the times that work best for them, which is important for

students who may have irregular work schedules.

Just like this year, because of the pandemic students use to learn by distance

learning therefore, our government made a law DepED order no. 18, series of 2020

which contained: Policy Guidelines for the provisions of learning resources

implementation of the basic education learning continuity plan. This also means that

teachers need to provide those modules for students to learn alone.

Personality development is the development of the organized pattern of

behaviours and attitudes that makes a person distinctive. Personality development

occurs through the ongoing interaction of, character and environment which also affect

the deadlines of the students, these deadlines are the expectations of parents and also

to teachers. Having high standards will put the child to stress.
