CDA Tender Notice for Park Repairs

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is inviting sealed tenders on a percentage basis from licensed contractors for repair and maintenance work on two park projects in Islamabad. The tenders must be submitted by 11:30 AM on January 25th, 2021 and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day. Contractors must submit earnest money and additional performance guarantees if their bids are less than 10% of the estimated costs. Conditions:

i. Detail of Tender Notice can be seen on CDA website [Link] and PPRA website [Link]

ii. Tender application should accompany with earnest money in shape of deposit at call in favor of Dy. Director
Development Division (G&P), CDA issued from any scheduled bank against firm’s account. Name of firm
should be clearly mentioned on instrument (Deposit at call). Tender documents shall not be issued without
earnest money.

iii. In case of total bid amount is less than 10 % below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit additional call
deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10
% of NIT amount. The additional performance guarantee (Call Deposit) shall be submitted along with bid.
Bids having rates below 10 % of NIT without additional call deposit will be rejected. The performance
security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of project.

iv. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Dy. Director Development Division (G&P),
Environment Wing CDA located at Mehran Gate No.01, Fatima Jinnah Park, Directorate of Parks (West),
CDA, Islamabad on cash payment of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand) Per Each Set (Non-Refundable)
during working hours on any working day before date of opening against written request which should be on
letter head pad having Name, Address, Telephone (Land line) Numbers and signature of the contractor
alongwith attested copies of NTN Certificate, valid Professional Tax Certificate, Sole
proprietorship/partnership deed, Valid PEC license in relevant category. No tender will be sold on the date of
opening of the tender. Tenders will be sold upto 12:00 Noon on last working day before date of opening.

v. No tender will be issued without showing the required documents in “ORIGINAL”.

vi. Tender bids will be received and opened on above date and time in the office of Director Parks (West),
Environment Wing, CDA located at Mehran Gate No.01, Fatima Jinnah Park, Islamabad.

vii. Tender rate on percentage basis should be filled in figures as well as in words.

viii. The tender documents must be accompanied with non-relationship certificate, NTN Certificate, Non-Judicial
Stamp Paper worth of Rs.50/- or above and. No tender will be entertained without these documents.

ix. CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tenders as per PPRA Rules. No conditional tender will be
entertained.
