Greetings Gregg Abbott, any and all concerned and effected parties,

This written communication is being forwarded to you in Good Faith; with the intent to settle the debt
described within the attached documents, which is the responsibility of the chief executive office and/
or principal place of business of the Registered Organization having the name JAMES EDWARD JR
MCFADDEN et al and all derivatives therefrom, evidenced by the Mark, Token, Proof called a
Certification of birth/vital record, being a public record showing the organization was organized and its
existence. Whereas, the legal name of that registered organization being a state agency is styled
THE STATE OF TEXAS.

Enclosed are copies of the following: STATEMENT OF RESIGNATION OF AGENCY, AFFIDAVIT AND
ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE, NOTICE OF BILL, NOTICE OF WAGES DUE FOR PERFORMNACES RENDERD,
AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH, NOTICE OF UNDERSTANDING AND INTENT, AND CLAIM OF RIGHT, INVOICE,
NOTICE OF INTEREST, VERIFIED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT Certification of birth/vital record ,Definitions
and Notary Certificate of Service. I have also forwarded the Same to The office of Secretary of State for
THE STATE OF TEXAS and instructed the Secretary of state to forward any and all proof of claims and
evidences of debt to the chief executive office of the organization for payment, setoff, discharge, or
settlement, or otherwise-provided for by law. Should you deem it necessary or in your best interest to
set up an appointment with the secretary of state please do so. Should you have questions or concerns
or feel it is imperative that I provide notice to any other State, Government, Office, Officer, Agency or
Agent foreign or domestic please advise me of such. Thank you for your services.
