a) Activity
The teacher shows two pictures about physically fit and physically
unfit person.
Guide questions:
1. What can you observe with the picture?
2. What is your interpretation towards the pictures?

 Is a set of abilities needed to perform physical activity

b) Analysis
The teacher will let her students follow the dance exercise;
afterwards ask them the following questions:
1. What are the different exercises we do?
2. Think of another activities/exercise either health-related
components or skill-related components.
