Generate HU Labels in SAP EWM

While uploading stock, handling unit labels can be automatically generated by maintaining condition records and assigning smart forms and printers. The system will create handling units after stock upload and check the spool request to see the automatically generated handling unit labels based on the storage type and bins defined in the upload files. Custom smart forms then need to be developed with the proper content for the handling unit labels.

Handling Unit Labels Generating while uploading the Stock

While Uploading the Stock we can Automatically Generate the Handling Units by maintaining the
conditions records and right smart forms for generating the HU labels.

Prerequisites

1) Need to create separate stock upload files for each storage type/storage bins so we can sort
the printed handling units based on the upload.
2) Need to Maintain the Condition records as part of MDD and assign the smart forms and
Printer to print the Handling units.

Step -1

Uploading the Stock -- /N/SCWM/ISU

Step -2

After Executing the above transaction, the system will automatically create the 5 Handling Units
Step -3

Check the Spool Request the system will create the 5 different handling units highlighted in the
below one.

Note:

The Above Forms are the Standard One which was used, now we need to develop the right content
of the Forms.
