RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN PLUMBING FOREMAN
⮚ Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all plumbing related works
at site.
⮚ Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials,
consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all and related works prior to
execution.
⮚ Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best.
⮚ Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable
standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
⮚ Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all
plumbing groups at site.
⮚ Inspection of plumbing and mechanical installations in commercial and multistory
residential building.
⮚ Installation,repair,assembly and maintenance of water,sweage,drainage system and related
equipment ensuring compliance with specifications,approved drawing and quality
standards.
⮚ Schedule work for each day for and for the week.
⮚ Read and work from drawings and specification.
⮚ Maintenance responsibility for all materials, tools and equipment.
⮚ Meet with contractors for the quality and scheduling for contracted plumbing work.
⮚ Operated in accordance with the requirments of the safety,Health and Enviorment policy.
⮚ Other duties as assigned.
