Game credils belween Ihe Coin Mech and Ihe game board for Ihe machine are
conlIolied by a Klingon board. This eleclIonic circuil allows the price of play to be SCI for
a range of different countries. TI,ese functions are set on Dual In Line PCB mounled
swilches.
DlL-2 is used 10 set the currency (or coin ralio) and DIL-I the price of play. Refer 10 Ihe
Tables on the following pages for the correcl setlings for your environment.
TI,e Klingon board pictured in Fig 8 is mounled on the VTS Brackel within the Coin
Chute Tower.
The Klingon board is cormected to the coin validator and lamps via a dedicated wiring
hamess depending upon the coin validator used :
I. IfNRI meehs are to be used, these should be ordered with the highesl denominalion
coin on coin path #1 and the lowest denomination on coin path #4 . The Klingon board
should be then be set up for either the UK or Switzerland seltings. A minimum
cormeeling lead length of 600mm is required.
