1 Main Power Supply board (DB) free from dust. D

2 Check MCB /DB cable - should not blackened. D

3 Compressor surface to be free from dirt, dust and rust. D

Check all valve in open condition for a system prior

5 Main compressor display panel to be free from dust. D

6 No water leaking around compressor area. D

7 Air filter - romove / clean trapped dust before operation. D

Oil level checking.


8 (be sure that oil level is kept between 2 red lines during D
operation)

9 Oil leaking check around oil tank, piping and fittings. D

Discharge air Temperature during operation.

(must be between 65 to 100°C and reading must take)

Ambient Temperature during operation.

(must be < 45°C and reading must take)

Check final load pressure after "AUTOSTOP".


13 D
(shall be min.0.71 MPa and Reading must take)

14 Check all Pressure Gauge and reading must show 7 bar. D

12 Air relief valve to be checked. D

13 Motor abnormal noise check. D
