Job Analysis

I. MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Requirements:

 Masters or Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.


 At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
 Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and channels.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Balanced time management and organizational abilities.

Job Descriptions:
 Create brand or product awareness by creating and deploying various marketing
strategies to meet client’s needs and maximize profits.
 Manage internal workers, create promotions and products, and work to publish or
distribute them to the public via media, advertising, and social media.

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Job Requirements:

 Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or any similar


role
 Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented attitude
 BS degree in Marketing or relevant field.
 Great computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google

Job Descriptions:

 Should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market
research and client’s behaviors.
 Should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret
ROI and KPI.
 Should help us achieve our business goals through building strong marketing
campaigns.

II. HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

Job Title: Human Resource manager

Job Requirements:

 2 or more year experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive


 Experienced with Human Resources metrics
 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
 Knowledge of HR systems and databases
 Ability to build strategies with great leadership skills
 Active listener, great negotiator and excellent presentation skills
 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of
the company
 Degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Description:

 Plans, lead, and coordinate the administrative workers of the company.


 Will oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top
executives on strategic planning; and
 Serve as a channel between employees and the organization’s management.

Job Requirements:

 Mastered the production of Corn Husks Packaging creation

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

 Meet staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating applications; advice managers; and
manages relocations and internships.
 Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and

III. ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT

Job Title: Financial Manager

Job Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.


 Excel skills.
 Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the
business process, and systems optimization.
 Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
 Ability to read data and make relevant management decisions.
 Excellent business administration understanding.
 Strong knowledge of financial reporting.

Job Description:

 Responsible for managing the financial decisions of the company.


 Duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the
company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
 To ensure that the business is financially successful.

Job Title: Accountant

Job Requirements:

 BS Accountancy graduate or Major in Internal Audit with at least three-to-five years


minimum accounting experience
 Must be a Certified Public Accountant
 Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
 Tech-savvy and highly-proficient with the Xero accounting software.
 Experience with working on BIR paperwork especially tax regulations.
 High integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
 Must be results-oriented and a good team-player with a keen level of accuracy and high
attention to detail.
 Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) in Windows 10 or Mac OS
environment.

Job Description:

 Manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank
deposits and budgets.
 Audit financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating
tax payments and returns.
 Provide the business with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity
and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

IV. PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

Job Title: Production Manager

Job Requirements:

 Male or female, no specific requirement for age


 Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Industrial Engineering
 Have a 2+ year experience as a production manager or in similar position
 Computer literate with MS Excel
 Able to grasp complex concepts easily, act decisively and solve staff or equipment-
related problems
 Able to work under pressure and can multitask
 Has strong negotiation skills and leadership skills

Job Description:

 Plan and draw up a production schedule


 Inspect and oversee the day-to-day operations
 Control manufacturing processes to have the products delivered on time and within
budget
 Assess project and resource requirements
 Fix any production problems – staffs, and equipment
 Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
 Hire, supervise, and motivate workers
 Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports for both factory managers
and customers
 Review worker performance to carry out individual appraisals on staff members, and
identify training needs for them

Job Title: Assembly Supervisor

Job Requirements:

 Male or female, no specific age requirement


 At least high school graduate
 Have a 2+ year experience in the industry
 Have excellent time management and organization skills
 Can operate extensive machines
 Familiar with workplace safety procedures and can maintain the overall plant safety
 Have effective written and oral communication skills

Job Description:

 Supervise assembly personnel


 Oversee and direct the activities of assembly line employees
 Train new hires on policies and procedures
 Monitor workplace safety and strive to prevent injuries and accidents
 Support manufacturing and assembly activities by maintaining and writing production
reports and records
 Provide reports to plant managers to enhance productivity
 Ensure that workers adhere to production schedules and quotas
Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Job Requirements:

 Male or female, no specific age requirement


 Have a degree in industrial engineering or in any related field
 Have a 2+ experience in the industry
 Have an advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards
 Have an excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

 Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information


 Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste
 Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades
 Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user
personnel
 Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues
 Design the layout of facilities and determine personnel requirements
 Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated
production costs

Job Title: Purchasing Manager

Job Description:
 Oversee the entire purchasing process in the business
 Manage daily purchasing activities, supervise staff, and allocate tasks
 Develop and implement purchasing strategies
 Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
 Manage negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc., and maintain the supplier
database, purchase records, and related documentation.
 Coordinate with internal teams regarding the supply needs to control and manage

 Evaluate sourcing procedures and present improvement strategies to senior
