MOTION TO SET HEARING
THROUGH VIDEOCONFERENCE

Petitioner, by and through the undersigned counsel and unto this


Honorable Court, most respectfully aver as follows:

1. Petitioner is intending to present an expert witness, in the person of


___________________, the psychologist who conducted and
prepared the psychological evaluation report for the petitioner.

2. Said witness however, will be coming from ____________ which is


still imposing the “Restricted” Travel Policy.

3. Moreover, besides the difficulty of said expert witness to physically


appear in court due to security risks in her transport in going to and
from the court, she also has numerous clients that needs her attention
and numerous reports to be prepared so that thru videoconferencing,
she will have more time to spare for such undertaking.

4. The intended witness will testify on the psychological evaluation


report that she prepared in relation to the instant case, her
recommendation, and other related matters.
5. The intended expert witness is technically ready to participate in the
videoconferencing, her email address is [email protected].

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of the


Honorable Court that the hearing on __________ at _________ o’clock in
the afternoon be conducted through videoconference.

          Other reliefs and remedies as may be deemed just and equitable under
