as: create space or outdoor rooms, block unsightly
views, stabilize steep slopes, etc.?
· What are the spatial characteristics of these
plants: size, form, color, foliage, and texture?
· What are the characteristics of spaces

overhead plane both individually and collectively
using plants?
· What are the environmental requirements for
