Background information:
The subject is from orrisa and is currently pursuing his PGDCP education in Bangalore. He
devoted his life for fatherhood ministry during his teenage. He has warm and healthy
relationships with her family members. He was always an above average student in school
and had an interest in academics. He was interested in the social service and inspired by
Church deacons to become like one of theem. he likes to read books and engage in
conversations, where he likes to listen more than talk. He like to be in academic field
and also working with the kids.

MSE and Behavioural Observation:


The subject was well-dress and tidy. The psychomotor activity was normal. The tone, tempo
and volume of her speech were normal. No abnormalities in thought or perception were
elicited. The mood was also normal and calm. The client was co-operative towards the
examiner and was adequately responsive to the examiner’s questions and statements. He was
able to follow the instructions and was comfortable to do the test.

Recommendation:

The test could be more division into different score which might be more accurate to the test.
The test was conducted on the age limit of the test, so as well this could be done only in the
certain age group.
