TOUR COORDINATOR’S AND TOUR GUIDE’S ASSIGNMENT SHEET
Instructions:
1. Work with your groupmates and accomplish the following:
• Create a short script that will showcase a scenario of a tour coordinator and tour
guide’s filling up their assignment sheet (shown in the succeeding pages). Just choose
one from the following scenarios as your reference:
• Group of three (3) traveling to Batanes for 3 days and 2 nights with a complete
package of accommodation and transport services
• A family day tour in Vigan, Ilocos
• An international trip to visit Disneyland
• Adhere to the following text formatting:
Font: Arial Font Size: 12
Margin: 1.0” – all sides Spacing: Double Space
• Create a separate file reflecting the filled-up assignment sheets and make sure that
all the information is consistent with the scenario.
• Completion of your output must be uploaded via the same Dropbox not later than the
coordinated time and date set by your teacher. Use the assigned group number to
name your file upon submission (example: Group 1 - 03 Seatwork 1 Output)
• Make sure that the names of the members are indicated in the output.
2. You will be graded based on the following rubric:
