DETAILS OF SCHOLARSHIP
1. MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship Amount Rs. 2500 per month
Eligibility a. Rank holders of Intermediate Examinations, whose names appear
at Sl. No. 1 to 10 and in case the rank at Sl. No. 10 continues to
further ranks i.e. to Sl. No. 11 or to Sl. No. 12 or so on, then all such
Rank holders.
b. Student must register for Final Course before making application.
Period of Scholarship 30 Months or remaining period of Articleship, whichever is less.
2. MERIT-CUM-NEED BASED SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship Amount Rs. 2000 per month
Eligibility a. Rank holders of Intermediate Examinations other than those
covered under Merit Scholarship.
b. Student must register for Final Course before making application.
c. Income of Parents should not be more than Rs. 3,00,000 per
annum.
Period of Scholarship 30 Months or remaining period of Articleship, whichever is less.
3. NEED BASED FOR ECONOMICALLY WEAKER STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIP
(i) INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS
Scholarship Amount Rs. 1500 per month
Eligibility a. Students who are registered for Intermediate Course either
through Foundation Route or through Direct Entry Route.
b. Income of Parents should not be more than Rs. 3,00,000 per
annum.
Period of Scholarship a. 9 months commencing from the following month of registration
for Intermediate Course.
b. Additional 3 months if the Student has completed Orientation
Course and Integrated Course on Information Technology and
Soft skills (ICITSS) within first 9 months of registration for
Intermediate Course.
c. Additional 3 months if the Student has passed any one Group in
Intermediate Examination within 12 months of Registration for
Intermediate Course.
(Note: Students who passes both Groups of Intermediate can apply for Scholarship as Final
registered students)
(ii) FINAL STUDENTS
Scholarship Amount Rs. 1500 per month
Eligibility a. Students who are registered for Final Course.
b. Income of Parents should not be more than Rs. 3,00,000 per
annum.
Period of Scholarship 30 Months or remaining period of Articleship, whichever is less.
CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:
• All eligible Applicants under the “Merit Scholarship” and “Merit cum Need Based
Scholarship” will be granted Scholarship.
• For applications under Need Based for Economically Weaker Students:
a. Scholarships available under Endowment Schemes will be granted first by filtering on the
basis of Marks obtained in the previous qualifying Examination.
b. All eligible Students under “Persons with Disabilities” category will be granted
Scholarship irrespective of the number of Applications.
c. If number of eligible Applicants are not more than the available Scholarships, all the
eligible Applicants will be granted Scholarship.
d. If number of eligible Applicants are more than the available Scholarships, the
Applicants will be filtered on the following basis:
i. Marks obtained in the previous qualifying Examination
ii. Gross Income of Parents
e. For Need Based for Economically Weaker Students scholarship, The ratio of Scholarship
selection in every quarter will be 60% to Intermediate and 40% to Final students.
OTHER INFORMATION:
1. Income Eligibility Criteria and One Time Recommendation: The students are required to
have Income and recommendation certificate from members as below:
(i) Students undergoing Articleship shall obtain Income Certificate and
recommendation from the Principal under whom he is undergoing Articleship.
(ii) Students who have not yet started Articleship shall obtain Income Certificate and
recommendation from any Chartered Accountant.
2. Conduct and Attendance Certificate:
(i) Students undergoing Articleship shall produce Conduct Certificate and Attendance
Certificate at half yearly intervals i.e. April and October from the Principal under
whom the Student is undergoing Articleship for release of next Installment of
Scholarship.
(ii) Students who have not yet started Articleship shall produce Conduct Certificate at
half yearly intervals i.e. April and October from any Chartered Accountant.
3. Students can apply online anytime for the Scholarship by login at Self Service Portal (SSP).
4. Selection / Grant of Scholarship will be done on Quarterly basis as under:

5. Scholarship will be released at the beginning of the Month at quarterly intervals.
6. While filing the application request, the students are required to mention the PAN details
and Aadhar details of their Father/Mother/ Guardian(if parents are not alive).
7. If a Final student joins Industrial Training, he will not be entitled to get Scholarship with
effect from the following month after joining Industrial Training.
8. The Board at its best will try to grant Scholarship to all the eligible candidates.
9. Decision of the SSEB will be final with regard to selection of the Student for grant of
Scholarship or any matter relating to this Scheme.
ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP
Many Philanthropists and Donors have instituted Corpus for Award of Scholarship for “Need based for
Economically Weaker Students” as per the Criteria stipulated by the Donors. Criteria for the selection
of Students under the Endowment Scheme are as applicable under “Need Based for Economically
Weaker Students”
