 Alliance Paint Mixing Systems
Alliance machines require a base shelf, a motor assembly, and one mixing unit to create the bottom mix unit.
Then add units up to six additional quart or gallon mixing shelves to meet your requirements.

Alliance A1 1.7M Machine

If shop space is a concern, the smaller 1.7M machine is an option.
Each quart/1 liter unit will mix 12 cans and each
gallon/4 liter unit will mix 8 cans.

The Cyclone Air Shaker is proven to be the most reliable shaker in the world. It
can accommodate half liter through gallon, aerosol, and rectangular cans. It
includes a built in air pressure compensator with automatic lubricator.

The shaker adapter is designed to hold PPG

waterborne 2 liter bottle securely within the Cyclone
Air Shaker. It is not for use with waterborne toners.

 Additional Accessories
Paint Shapes are perfect for displaying an array of colors in style.
Each is made of clear polystyrene. Painting the under side of the shape
eliminates the need for a clear coat application and also protects the
paint surface from abrasion. They have a convenient hanging hole to
easily display them.

Each shape is 8” W x 4” D (21cm W x 11 cm D).

Paint shapes are packaged in boxes of 25 pieces.

The DIN 4 viscosity cup is used to measure the viscosity or thickness of a liquid
after reduction and additives are mixed together while it is prepared for spraying.
Besides reduction, the thickness of the paint can also be a function of product
temperature. The warmer the product the thinner it will be.

The DIN 4 cup helps to ensure that no matter what the conditions are, the
thickness of the paint before spraying is always correct.

Our crank handle can be used to manually mix paint.

It attaches to gear adapters, fork adapters, or directly to the paddle drive shaft.

The Air Nozzle delivers an even flow of air while drying paint. The CFM
usage is comparable to a traditional air amplifier, but with increased
output speeds making it very efficient. It is a convenient light weight size
for storage and transportation and made of durable ABS Plastic. The air
nozzle ships assembled with a shut off valve for more control.
