Analysis and discussion
1. This text should be placed on an academic study involving multiple researchers, many
participants, several years and a large research budget.
2. It is due to that he wants to gauge the extent to which undergraduate students appreciated
the formal application of Facebook in their classes.

environment, then doing surveys including questions related to the topic, and using Excel
to give specific data.

4. In my opinion, over 100 students (around 3 classes and over 30 students/class) would be
an optimal number of participants in this type of study.
5. - To justify the first conclusion, the author gave some statistics in the text. The findings
indicated that there are just 59.4% of students are willing to use FB on other courses
while the percentage of students not embracing use FB for the learning purpose is 72%.
- This conclusion given is based on the following evidence. The statistics in this text
show that using FB for the student – student dimension accounting for around 81.3%
while the rate of the rest is lower.
