TECHNICAL DEPATEMENT
1. Scope : Waterproofing Mortar Admixture. (Type Hydrophobic
powder)

Preliminary Works and surface preparation

1.1 Clean out surfaces, using small wire brushes or compressed air to
remove all loose and friable materials, as well as mud and other
impurities.

1.2 AII concrete surfaces must be clean, free from standing, water
and all loosely adhering particles.

2. Execution

- Mixing and Application


Always keep the water/cement ratio to a minimum to enable correct working and
compaction. A W/C of less than 0.4 is advised to give the best results. Sikalite is
added to the cement mixed with sand.
The consumption is 2% by weight of cement.
