Purpose of this job:
Manages and oversees HR policies and practices for Business Units and projects outside
the corporate office.
She provides a broad range of HC strategic and tactical interventions to help the
company attract, develop and retain talent in an innovative, competitive and cost
effective manner.
Implement, supervise and improve all daily activities in General Affair
STRATEGIC STAFFING Recruitment & Selection:
Has a good understanding of the staffing guide, job level table, benefits program and
salary scales.
Interview and implement assessments according to the company’s screening process and
provide Business Unit Heads with feedback as required
Ensure an orientation program is conducted for each person on the first day of
employment and follow-up within 2 weeks of employment to assess how the new
employee has adapted to his/her new environment.
Ensure each new employee is explained the content of the Employee [Link]
managers in understanding the content and the application of the Employee Handbook
in the work environment.
HR PLANNING:
Prepare together with Business Unit Heads and clients staffing guides, projecting
required Full Time Equivalents for the year in each position in accordance with business
needs
Assist the Business Unit Head in developing divisional long, mid and short-range plans.
Follow through with action plans to achieve the strategic plan in one’s area of
specialization.
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE:
Ensure observance of policies, procedures, practices and operating routines, including
management controls.
EFFICIENT HUMAN CAPITAL ADMINISTRATION:
Follow-up on unauthorized absences and frequent tardiness with employees and their
supervisor concerned and take disciplinary action as applicable.
Monitor leave management
Ensure employee records are up-to-date, accurate and comprehensive.
Ensure employee status changes are recorded accurately and circulated for approval
timely prior to processing
Ensure the HR MIS is populated with relevant data with regards to the workforce for
which he/she is responsible. Discuss reports and relevant statistics with Business Unit
Heads and clients as required and plan corrective action.
Actively participate in Employee Handbook content review exercises
Maintain up-to-date organization charts, job descriptions and employee specifications
To manage and make payroll calculation, overtime. To control in payroll administration
orderliness.
Reconcile timesheets and leave records
Maintain and update staff medical claims
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor
probationary periods.
Extract training needs from appraisal results for inclusion in company training plans
Implement and maintain a corrective action and disciplinary philosophy and procedure
that reflect fair and effective HR practices.
Attend disciplinary interviews and sign as witness for written warnings
GENERAL AFFAIRS:
Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy
machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water, AC, pantry, snacks
Corporate Asset Management and updating Finance and Management on status and
condition of Assets
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Recruit and train a strong HR team
To provide leadership, direction and motivation to those staff, and to ensure that they
clearly understand their responsibilities.
Undertake the performance review of team members according to corporate standards
and schedule.
Agree, communicate and monitor clear performance targets and objectives, which have
to be achieved by team members.
Recommend employment, promotion, professional advancement opportunities or salary
recommendation of staff in accordance with scope of responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Max 37 years old
Degree in Human Resource Management / Psichology or other related discipline
5 years exp. In HR Generalist and also Payroll
High proviciency in written and spoken English is a must
Outgoing, deatil and problem solver
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Expatriates Documentation
Good Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, Email, etc)
