Research Questionnaire

Dear Participants:

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening

This questionnaire is designed to study Consumer buying behaviour towards online shopping.
The information you provide will help us better understand attributes of online shopping services
which you value highly. Because you are the only one who can give us a correct picture of how
you experience with online shopping services, we would be most appreciative if you would
respond to the questions frankly and honestly. Your response will be kept strictly confidential.
Only members of the research team will have access to the information you give. In order to
ensure the maximum seclusion, we have provided an identification number for each participant.
This number will be used by us only for follow-up procedures such as data back check, Quality
control. The numbers, names or complete questionnaire will not be made available to anyone
other than the research team. A summary of the result will be mailed to you after the data is
analyzed, if you would like a copy.
