Students have been completely taken over by smartboards, Google products,
online courses and ebooks.
So, how do we tackle the IT bombardment in today’s era? CBSE envisions
@ need for teaching of ICT at all levels and in all possible ways. From the
Prescribed curriculum as mentioned in the NCF 2005, Computer Studies finds
its way in a multitude of courses with the board.
With a 360° ground work done in all the possible paths that a child could take,
our editorial team has painstakingly developed and brought forth this all new
series on Computers for Classes 1-8 to make students completely equipped
for higher courses after Class 8.
The CompKidz series has been developed using advanced pedagogical
features for effective learning and retention.
This carefully graded series is based on the step-by-step approach to learn

your suggestions.
Before | sign off, a word of caution to all the parents and teachers.
Students today have easy access to the Internet, both at home and school.
This makes it easy for them to access the social networking sites. While they
are studying or searching for their course material online, they get attracted to
these sites. This, in turn, diverts their attention from their work. It is, therefore,
necessary for teachers and parents to educate children about the harmful
effects of social networking and they should be made aware of applying the
privacy settings effectively.
Happy Computing!
