5-2 Alarms
If the Servo Driver detects an error, ALM (alarm output) and ALO1 to ALOS (alarm
codes) are output, the power drive circuit in the Servo Driver turns OFF, and the alarms
displayed. Ifthe Servo Driver detects a warning (@.g., overload warning or regenerative
‘overload warning), WARN (warning output) and ALO1 to ALOS (warning codes) are out-

turning it ON again, however: A.02, A.04, A.10, A81, A.82, A.84, A.C9, and A.C,
