For the first question, the document explains the church's view that birth control contradicts the meaning of human sexuality. 1. Can we consider birth control as Moral Evil?

For me no because according to the church, does not oppose the use of contraception because it is
an identity act. Rather, it teaches that since abortion is an intrinsically evil act, it is unavoidable that
it will have negative implications and contraception is morally incorrect, according to the Church,
because it contradicts the very meaning and essence of human sexuality, further destroying the
integrity of the human being. For years, the Church's rejection of artificial contraception has gone
unquestioned. And for its will the church has deepened its definition of marriage and the nature of
sexuality in order to justify its rejection.

2. What law does a person violate when he/she commits suicide?

The law that the person violate when he/she commits suicide is the moral law because Suicide, and
by extension, assisted suicide, are thus false, according to Kant. Killing is wrong, and with a few
specific differences, voluntary euthanasia is also wrong, according to a similar statement and also His
arguments are unconvincing, and his case in these matters is compromised when other aspects of his
theory are considered. He characterizes respect for persons and respect for people by prohibiting
suicide and euthanasia, believing that killing an individual is the same as killing a person.

3. Is suicide justifiable in the church today?

According to my understanding, the Roman Catholic Church’s stated position is clear in  killing a
human being, except by neglecting to relieve suffering is a violation of divine law and an offence to
the dignity of the human being and also according to Pope Francis, despite being more liberal than
previous popes, he has maintained his opposition to physician-assisted suicide, calling it "false
compassion" and a product of our "throwaway culture" that demeans and devalues the ill. When it
comes to demonstrating against death with dignity laws or ballot initiatives, Catholic groups are
always at the center.
