IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE
ONLINE TEST
1. Test your computer or laptop (which you intend to use for taking Exam) before the
Exam to ensure that it is working well, processing speed is good, and the camera and
microphone are working perfectly.
NOTE: You may not be able to appear for the exam if web camera attached with your
system is not functional.
2. Do not use the alt-tab, mouse or any other device to shift from the test screen to any
other screen or do not try to open any other application while attempting the test.
Doing so may result in discontinuation of the test and it will be considered as null
and void.
3. Candidates are requested to disable antivirus updates/windows updates etc. before
the test because the system will treat this as an alert warning.
4. There should be no one in the vicinity of the Camera and there should not be any
verbal communication/noise around.

5. If Candidate is using a mobile hotspot:- In apple MacBook, IPhones are synched so if a
call comes it is on the laptop too, in such a case system will show a warning alert and
your exam may get suspended and the message will be visible that your exam is
suspended due to suspicious activity.
6. If candidates have had to discontinue the test for whatever reason, they are
requested to re-login within stipulated time by using the same login credentials.
7. Candidates can resume the test after the teacher allows the student from where they
have left, as all the previous details will be saved in the system automatically.

• Case A: After you click on “Test”,
the list of test activated for your
classroom will appear.
• Click on “Ready Check”
• Case B: If “No tests found!”, then
no test is activated for your Case B
classroom. Wait for few seconds
and refresh the screen.
• If still the test is not appearing then
contact your teacher.

• You can start answering
questions one by one.
• Click on “Save” or “Save-
Next” to go to the next

HOW TO UPLOAD ANSWER SHEET
• Write your answer/solution on a
blank white unlined A4 sheet.
Face it towards your webcam
and Click on“Capture Image”
• Focus the image properly and
click on “Upload” to upload it. IMAGE UPLOADED
Also type IMAGE UPLOADED in
the box provided.
• You can upload multiple answer
sheets for one questions.
• If image is not uploaded or not
appearing please go to the next
question and come back to the
previous question. If the issue still
persists, please reload your

IF TEST IS ATTEMPTED
• You can attempt test only once.
• If you have submitted by mistake
or due to some technical issue,
please request your teacher to
resume your test.
• Once the teacher has resumed the
test, just refresh/reload your page.
Instead of “Attempted” button you
will get “Resume” button.
• Click on the resume button to start
your test from where you have left.
Resume button will appear after test has resumed by teacher.

1. You have not given permission to use camera.
2. You have “Block” access to camera.
3. Camera is not functioning properly.
● Possible solutions
1. Close the browser. Start the test again. This time
“Allow” access to camera.
2. Reinstall the Google chrome.
3. Try to give test in incognito mode.
4. If the issue still persists follow the steps shown
in slide no. 23 and 24.
