Shelly is a 12th class student preparing for ISC board exams.
She is an academically bright student. She has commerce with Math.
Her mother is a homemaker and her father is a civil servant.
Her hobbies include badminton & swimming, music, classical dance and reading. She’s an avid
reader.
Shelly has an inclination for management and law as a career choice. She wants to write the
entrance exams for both of them.
She had 94% in 10th class and is expecting 92% to 94% marks in 12th class.
Her parents want her to look at CA as a career option.
She also intends to join a coaching Institute for a crash course after finishing her board exams.
Her strong subjects are economics English and Math. Her weak area in terms of entrance exams
is GK. She doesn’t like to read newspapers or even follow any news channel or read magazines.
Her parents are not too keen to send her out of Delhi for security reasons. They are also looking
for colleges with hostel accommodation for girls.
She’s not a very confident person and comes across as an introverted personality. She is lost in
her world of books and has few very close friends.
The school has done an aptitude and personality test for all students and few data points are as
under:
1. She has strong numerical and analytical ability
2. Her concern areas are emotional self-efficacy and enthusiasm / liveliness.
3. She finds it difficult to express herself in a confident manner

3. What all challenges (college admissions) will she face and how to prepare for them
4. Prepare a plan A, B and C for them
5. Guide the parents on Choices in and around NCR and other cities
