We refer to the above subject matter and the subsequent inspection/assessment of the
facility.

Please find the below analysis and our quotation for the job.

AFFECTED AREAS: The entire exterior, common areas and windows of the building.

THE JOB: Removal of cement and pop stains.

Washing of window glass/panel and shinning with high gloss


shiner.

Deep cleaning of window and window frames to ensure that they


come out clean and spotless.

Cob webbing of the ceiling and sweeping of the floor

Washing of the floor with high speed scrubbing machine and


appropriate floor solution.

DURATION: 2 days

CHARGES: N 100,000 ( One Hundred Thousand Naira Only)


COMMENCEMENT: Immediately ordered.

PAYMENT TERMS: 50% advance payment and 50% on completion of the job.
