Company Profile:
Electronica machine tools group is engaged in manufacturing various machines like EDM, Turning center,
Wire cutting, measuring instruments like digital height master and Plastic Injection Molding Machines.
Our division is engaged in manufacturing Injection molding machines. Injection molding machines within the
range of 45 – 650 tones with several variations to suit your exact needs and investment. The sturdy and
ergonomically designed Injection Molding Machines incorporate several advanced features.
Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to Assistant manager Quality, leading team, and handling supplier quality, inward quality, process
quality, vendor development & new product development.
Investigated defective parts on assembly line or in store to confirm root cause of problem.
Approving incoming material from vendors on quality of components, interacting with vendors for
improvement in quality, maintain quality inspection records from vendor/plant.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, casting, machining, etc.
Increased knowledge in interaction between various component that make up a Injection molding machines
& In that criticality of making sure the components meet design intent.
Handling total inspection of orders confirm, maintain inspection & maintain test statistics, co-coordinating
with Design & development department for new product developments and manage quality related data.
Generate, maintain & train inspectors on incoming inspection procedure, analyze incoming material defects,
disposition and drive corrective or preventive actions as necessary and communicate any issues to supplier.
Investigated field failures related materials & develop corrective action plans where necessary.
Inward & in process inspected materials usage decision in SAP.
Internal SQA documentation, train suppliers on 7 QC tools, problem solving methodology.
Maintaining calibration records of all measuring instruments also proactive approaches with calibration
agencies,
Identifying deviations, areas of non-conformance & undertake relevant modification using CAPA.
Conduct meetings with poor performing supplier.
