Common questions

Powered by AI

The recruitment process relies on valid personal email IDs and mobile numbers for sending call letters and other information. If technical issues prevent communication from reaching the candidates, IDBI Bank is not responsible, emphasizing the importance of maintaining active contact details .

Candidates must ensure that scanned documents adhere to specified guidelines, such as: the photograph being between 10kb-20kb, signature on white paper with black ink within 140x60 pixels, left thumb impression in JPG/JPEG format within 240x240 pixels, and hand-written declaration in English within 800x400 pixels, all with specific file sizes. These ensure clarity and authenticity of documents, and mismatched or erroneous uploads can lead to disqualification .

Candidates must present all semester or year-wise mark sheets, including those showing attempts to improve marks or pass any subject. This comprehensive record ensures that the educational criteria are met and declares all academic performances accurately, which is critical for validating the candidate's qualifications .

Disqualification can occur if adverse remarks from previous employers or any documented act of misconduct are found. The experience certificates must detail joining and relieving dates, and any discrepancies can lead to questions about the candidate’s credibility and professional conduct .

Not preserving these documents could create issues in proving the application status and payment claims, especially if technical errors arise in digital records or further proof of application is needed. This jeopardizes the applicant’s ability to substantiate their application during disputes or clarifications .

Applicants bearing transaction charges underscores a self-funded application process, streamlining the recruitment’s financial responsibility to focus on procedural elements rather than auxiliary costs, thereby optimizing resource allocation in the process .

Requiring both original and self-attested document copies ensures authenticity and truthful representation of a candidate’s credentials. This dual validation protects against forgery and supports accurate eligibility assessment during the interview .

A caste or tribe certificate validates eligibility for reserved category benefits. It must be issued by a competent authority, like a district magistrate or equivalent, to ensure authenticity and adherence to government guidelines for reservations .

A current photograph is essential for visual identification and must be recent and clear, without dark glasses. It ensures the authenticity of the test-taker’s identity during examinations, preventing impersonation .

Maintaining the same signature is crucial for identification consistency. If the signature on the attendance sheet or call letter does not match the uploaded signature, the applicant risks disqualification, as it raises concerns about identity authentication and compliance .
