To provide effective and efficient public service to Batacqueños empowering them to become active
partners in ensuring political, social, cultural, ecological and economic development for a better quality
of life in harmony with God, man and nature.

VISION

Batac City “The Home of Great Leaders” fortify its economic supremacy in Northern Luzon, through a
development oriented agriculture, entrepreneurship and industry; where peace loving and friendly
people live in an ecologically balanced environment governed by responsive political leadership.

GOALS

 Promoting and supporting full agricultural development in the countryside;


 Encouraging the entrepreneurial spirit of the people;
 Stimulating an investor-friendly climate to attract new industries and businesses;
 Maintaining a healthy lifestyle for the people;
 Institutionalizing and expanding socially relevant services specially for the underprivileged
classes;
 Maintaining a peaceful and orderly community of people;
 Developing human resources that can be harnessed for work and employment;
 Ensuring education as a matter of right in the primary and secondary level as a matter of social
